We’ve all heard Christian Bale’s rather incredible rant, and if musicians wants to, we can turn a soundtrack full of expletives into feel-good disco pop 🙂

Or Moderat. There will be a new album from these German B-Pitch boys coming out somewhere this year. All of you better keep a lookout as I am sure it is not to be missed. Now I’ve came across few old collabos between the B-Pitch lineups, go listen. See last year I hugged and shook hands with the very beautiful Ellen Allien and she said she’d be back at Zouk this year too, can’t wait.

Steve Angello came up with a live mash-up of Eurythmics during the Swedish House Mafia set at the Manchester Warehouse Project. Although he kinda trainwreck a little by introducing beats that are not really suitable in the middle of it, I was totally blown away how well the 2 tracks go together. Now I’ve done a remix of the mash-up (complicated isn’t it?) with a some techno/house, b-more touch in it.

iTunes shuffled onto one of my old favorites, heard it recently on some Channel 5 ads too. LCD Soundsystem would not be making music together again and they will be sorely missed. Let’s go back to 2007 and see me write about these 2 songs over here. (Kinda like the embarrassing old blog everyone has)
LCD Soundystem – All My Friends
Franz Ferdinand – All My Friends (Cover)
Sometime ago there’s a hoo-hah over a new Justice song that appears on Radio One that’s been titled ‘We Kids.’ Then we found out they are actually from this mystery band called Keedz that are basically bootlegging Justice’s production style, it sure sounds pretty decent for a bootleg of D.A.N.C.E. but it’s nowhere near the intricacy and the depth of the original. There are rumours going around that they are actually Justice under another moniker, I really don’t know. However, take a listen to curb your curiosity and wait for them to come out with their version of Waters of Nazareth or Phantom and we’ll see.

The new Zombie Nation album better be coming out faster. I’ve just got a copy of their new single ‘Worth It” with “Sick is the New Healthy” on the b-side and it is way awesome! As of now I am unsure if these would be on the album but I’m guessing not as they sound more like ‘version’ tracks which are more useful for DJs instead of being on the radio. I also dug out a minimix of samples from the new album which is coming out on the same day as Prodigy’s “Invaders Must Die.”
